OFF TO THE LAND OF "SAINTS AND SCHOLARS"

It's holiday time and me and the boss are off to the Emerald Isle for a motoring holiday, from Larne south as far as Cork and back by Galway and the West Coast, then across through Armagh to Larne, stopping as we please.
I've always wanted to do this and at nearly 60 I'm getting round to it, I've been around Scotland, England and Wales and despite being in Ireland many times I've not seen a great deal of the place now I'm looking forward to it.
I might even take the risk of looking up some ancestors, the ones who didn't get the one way ticket to Van Diemen's land that is.

Daughter No. 2 has been coaching me on the use of something called an 'internet cafe' (as yet no murder done) this it is hoped could/should allow me to carry on posting if I can get it to work, lots of people have asked me to do this, they say they could not survive 2 weeks without reading my Web.

What can I say one does one's best, If I can't get the 'cafe' thing to work I should resurface around 17/18 of July, I will report on Ireland and how I advised them on their problems, I intend to give them some tips on the correct way to sup the "Liffey Water" Guinness.

Maybe you should advise them that they were wrong to leave the UK and encourage them back.

Oops sorry its only Scotland you dont believe can run its own affairs.

either way let us know how you got on

While you are over there try tell the Irish that they were very wrong to get involved in all that independence nonsense. They should give it all up and join up with mother England again. Gordon Brown is a truely great leader who will make a much better job of running their country than they ever can.

Go to Rossnowlagh, County Donegal this Saturday. There is a large Irish cultural event taking place.

They cleared you because you retracted and apologised, and I wrote to them withdrawing my complaint, as I said I would. Not because my complaint had no merit. Do try to keep up.

Enjoy Ireland, by the way. The Armagh coast in particular is spectacular.

Jackart is a fine man. He doesn't rely on the state for his income, his pension, his housing or that of his family, unlike the state-scrounging chav scum you embody and support.

with no regards at all

Hi Terry,

I was about to send a wee donation to GAZA as you say :-

"GAZA STILL SUFFERING
Help the palestinians in their desperate..."

but I now hear that the life expentancy in Labour controlled Glasgow East is lower.

Where can I send a donation to them ???

Ireland? Surely that country fell into the see as soon as it was no longer run from London?

Will you go over the water and call them a bunch of anglophobes, bigots and narrow nationalists before inviting them back under the watchful eye of Whitehall?

Likely not...

Come back Terry, we miss you!

Nice Palestinian people you support Councillor:

"In the dead of night on April 22, 1979, Kantar and three other gunmen made their way in a rubber dinghy from Lebanon to the sleepy Israeli coastal town of Nahariya, five miles south of the border.

There, in a hail of gunfire and exploding grenades, they killed a policeman who stumbled upon them, then burst into the apartment of Danny Haran, herding him and his 4-year-old daughter out of the house at gunpoint to the beach below, where they were killed."

The little girl was killed by having her head smashed against a rock with a rifle butt. Remember that next time you give your Palestinian mates a donation.

That’s not the way Kantar tells it, you forgot to mention that he was sixteen years old at the time and received 5 bullet wounds in the raid,do you want us to believe that the Palestinian/Lebanese people consider child murderers to be heroes, maybe there is more to it ?

You also omitted the bit about the hundreds and hundreds of Palestinian women and children killed by the blood soaked state of Israel who continue this barbarism against them. The settler state of Israel is a war crime.

Of course you do, I’m the only touch of class and provocative thought that some of you get to read. I feel sometimes like a missionary bringing education to the people.

Up until a couple of months ago the Irish were still engaged in armed struggle against the British, after several hundred years that shows a certain determination. They have never claimed that their struggle was about running the country better than Britain. That’s what the SNP do, it’s not a wise comparison for you, the Irish make you look like a bunch of Harry Lauders

The people of Gaza are being killed and denied medicine etc. and you are a very strange person, still if it makes you laugh go ahead, my money is on you being a Nat.

“ He doesn't rely on the state for his income, his pension, his housing or that of his family”

Andy, He’s just like the Windsors then, what did the royal family ever do to you to deserve such a vicious attack.

The standards commission are obliged to inform someone if there has been a complaint made against them and write to them with their decision/conclusion, I have kept everything that I have ever been sent by them which is why I know that you are talking rubbish.

Armagh coast ?

Comparing the Irish struggle to the nationalists in Scotland is desperate stuff. The Irish have been involved in armed struggle against the British for hundreds of years right up to the present day.

The Scottish nationalists by contrast robbed the “the stone of dysentery” from the hated English, sing up now “Scots wha hae way Wallace” come on, there really is no comparison.

Maybe you should get real, Irish republicanism and Nationalism was never about being better at running their own affairs, they would prefer to starve rather than be dominated by a foreign power.

Comparing the clowns who are Scottish Nats. With the Irish is an insult to the Irish people on both sides who have died for their beliefs in the conflict. Comparing Scotland’s situation with Ireland is crass and completely disingenuous, what a bunch you are, real Scots are embarrassed by you.

According to Gerry Adams it is inconsistent to support a Free Ireland but oppose Scottish Nationalism. Perhaps you should have hopped over the border and set him straight. After all Scotland has no valid culture of it's own and is lucky to be part of the British State.

While you were at it you should have told him that the Northern Irish have no valid claim to independance and that those who reject British rule are just narrow minded anti-English bigots.

C'mon Terry someone needs to set the lan straight.

NO SURRENDER STAY BRITISH OR DIE RESISTING THE PHONEY CELTIC SUB HUMANS!

Gerry Adams said a lot of other crap things as well.

I can only repeat what I said, anyone who compares the Scottish Nationalists with the Irish is insulting them.

You don’t have to agree with them to note that they were fighting an armed struggle against the mighty British military machine until just recently, many people on both sides of the divide in Ireland have paid the ultimate price for their beliefs, the Scottish Nationalists by contrast want to keep the British Monarchy and stole the stone of destiny like they were in a ’carry on’ farce with Kenneth Williams and Hattie Jaques as leads, try to show some dignity, real Scots. are embarrassed by people like you.

I am probably the last one to talk but, if you can’t even spell the word independence ! bring on the revolution eh ?
