CLEAR CUT REASONS FOR VOTING LABOUR.

Neil Findlay
Labour MSP.

So for those who lazily suggest or deliberately tell lies and say there is no difference between Labour and the Tories and that the SNP are progressive then here are just a few of the very positive reasons for voting Labour:-
Labour will introduce a 50p tax rate on the rich – the Tories want to cut taxes for the rich
Labour will tax the bonuses of bankers to help young people back to work – the Tories won’t, the SNP can’t
Labour will introduce a mansion tax to pay for more nurses – the Tories and the SNP won’t
Labour will guarantee a paid job or training for all young people out of work for a year and older people out of work for two years – The Tories and SNP won’t
Labour will have a £1600 future fund for every young person not in an MA at College of University – The Tories and SNP won’t
Labour will guarantee the Barnett Formula – the Tories and SNP won’t
Labour will increase bursaries by £1000 for the poorest students – The Tories and SNP won’t
Labour will abolish employment tribunal fees – The Tories and SNP won’t
Labour will ban exploitative zero hours contracts – the Tories and SNP won’t
Labour will invest £175 million in Scotland to end the need for foodbanks – the Tories and the SNP won’t
Labour will cap energy bills and private landlords ripping off tenants – The Tories and SNP won’t
Labour will extend the Living wage through public procurement – the Tories won’t the SNP have failed
Labour will have an inquiry into Blacklisting of workers – The Tories and SNP won’t
Labour will hold a review of the convictions of miners arrested in Scotland during the strike – The Tories and SNP won’t
Labour will introduce free bus travel for apprentices – the Tories and SNP won’t.

The position with Sturgeon and her mob is pretty clear, they can do what they like.

You did his name was Tony Blair

But as for the snp you can rest easy, you wont be asked. It will be interesting though to see if any other labour bottom feeders think the SNP might be the new gravy train

Thank you, you have no idea how much that means to me.

Just amazing how much the Scottish Labour Branch Office workers have bucked themselves up. Making up for over 40 years of doing nought while riding on the gravy train.

I admire Findlay for taking the time to devise a list of 'to dos'. Problem is we've heard all that before from Labour but what we got was something totally different such as the massive value of our oil revenue hidden from us (Wilson and Callaghan - McCrone Report), 6000sq mls of Scootish Seas / 7 oil wells handed over to the English (Blair and Dewar - Stolen Seas), dragged into an illegal war by Blair and pension pots robbed by Brown to name but a few 'let downs'.

Currently we've got over a million Scots living in abject poverty. Most living in Labour Controlled areas. Glasgow City Council alone employing over 2000 people on zero hour contracts and people like Murphy, Sarwar and Curran ( to name but a few) claiming hundreds of thousands of pounds in expenses every year. Murphy over 2 million since 1991. No explanation either as to why a 'Labour' man is the Vice President of the Henry Jackson Society.

How can we believe in someone that voted for tuition fees, fracking, Trident renewal, penalising austerity measures for the poor and vulnerable and the bedroom tax.

I'll make a copy of this because it will no doubt be 'binned'. Another wee trait of New Labour ...... suppression of Freedom of Speech / biased reporting.

Scottish Labour is no more a Branch Office than Glasgow SNP is a branch Office of the Edinburgh SNP and if there is a gravy train then the SNP are on it as well.
“the massive value of our oil revenue hidden” we (Scots.) did not have our oil revenues hidden because ‘we’ didn’t have and we don’t have any oil, the oil you refer to belongs to the UK, neither do we have the sea and Oil Wells that you are girning about we don’t have any of that it is all the property of the UK, despite whining these are facts. Because a girner like you declares a war illegal does not make it so and Gordon Brown has stated that given the same circumstances he would do the same with pensions as he did and I trust him over you ‘whoever you are’ The Tories have been in power for 5 years and the SNP for 8 years and Scots. are living in poverty, I blame you and the Tories. Labour have promised to outlaw zero hours contracts including those being used by the SNP Scottish Government and expenses are claimed by all parties including the SNP, the Henry Jackson Society is not illegal, if it were we would need to build a new super jail for the SNP and their supporters who are far more dangerous than them.
Labours proposals for Tuition Fees are backed by the national Students Union, there is a moratorium on fracking, Labour are like everyone else opposed to nuclear weapons, Nicola Sturgeon admitted that Labour and the Tories did not agree on austerity measures and the SNP had to be dragged by Labour and others into doing something about the Bedroom Tax, they wanted it to go on so they could blame the English for it. You have kept within the rules so it is getting printed. Almost one day to go to the general election and you, braveheart that you are, still can’t find the courage to identify yourself, what a wimp.
