Yes! And a thousand times yes! <br /><br />The only time I find myself supporting a country in the Olympics or any other individual sporting event is when I don't know much about the competitors or the sport and am just idly watching. When I'm interested in the event and know who is competing I could not care less where the competitors come from. <br /><br />Also fully agree about stripping back the number of sports involved.
